The Rev. and Mrs. Ray Williams and son Scott were Sunday afternoon callers of the Rev. and Mrs. William A. Hai rison in Sperryville. Miss Shelby Jean Liliard of Alexandria spent the week-end with her parents Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Lillard. On Friday Miss Lillard and Mrs. Lillard toured the Skyline Drive and were supper guests at the Howard Johnson Restaurant in Front Royal. Mrs. Amy Lee Gore of Arlington was the Sunday luncheon guest of Mr. and Mrs Paul Miller. Miss Jean Lillard of District Heights, Md. and Miss Judy Lillard of Pulaski were week-end guests of their par ents Mr. and Mrs. Carson Lilia rd. The W. S. C. S. met Thursday evening at the home of Mrs H. S. Barksdale: Mrs. Paul Miller conducted the program with her subject "Bridge Be tween Judaism and Christianity." Cithers present were Mrs. Lmory Russell, Mrs. Hdward Pruitt, Mrs. Carson Lillard, Mrs. G. W. Smith, jr. Mrs. Douglas Bywaters, Mrs' Ida Trump, Mrs. Barbara Gen try, and Mrs. William Barksdale.

Miss Virginia Yates Bradford of Mary Washington College spent the week-end at her home. The Homemakers Club met Tuesday, October 17 at the home of Mrs. Moffett Pullen. Miss Diane Brown led a program on "Planning Meals in Quantity." Others present were Mrs. Wade Pullen, Mrs. Will Putnam, Mrs. Ida Trump, Mrs. Barbara Gentry and Mrs Paul Miller.
