An added pleasure to those attending the week-end house tour were the beautiful flowers and grounds at Lullwater Farm in Amissville, home of Mrs. Francis Leonard. Th£ crisp autumn weather and colorful foliage enhanced the delightful activities which took place. The luncheon served by the ladies of First Baptist Church, Washington was well attended both Saturday and Sunday. The Arts and Crafts group had a successful weekend also with the exhibit and sale of paintings and other handwork. The turkey dinner sponsored by the Baptist and Methodist Churches in Flint Hill Saturday was also well attended and the delicious country food a gourmet’s delight.
