W. Wilson, Surveyor, on October 2, 1961, are more particularly known and designated as Parcel A., containing 7.807 acres and Parcel B., containing 5.498 acres; and being the same tracts or parcels of land which were conveyed to Merwin Coad and Carol F. Coad, husband and wife, by Janies E. Hoyle and Virginia P. Hoyle, husband and wife, by deed dated June 22, 1966, and recorded in the Clerk's Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 86, page 4*7.
