Mrs. A. C. Latham andMrs. W. L. Payne accompanied by Mrs. Luther Payne of Washington spent Tuesday in Arlington and Washingtin, D. C. Mr. and Mrs. John Tapp were recent visitors of Mrs. Mary Collins and Mrs. Fannie McQuinn in Arlington. Mrs. Julia Curtis spent a few days last week with Mr. and Mrs. William Curtis in Washington, Va. The Rev. and Mrs. Fletcher Osborne were Sunday guests of Mrs. Tom Hackley and the Rev. and Mrs, S. W. T. Hedricks in Mt. Jackson.

Official Board Meets

The Official Board of the Sperryville Methodist Church will hold a meeting on Wednesday, November 15 at the home of Mrs. Nina B. Brown.

WSCS Meets

The W.S.C.S. of Amissville Methodist Church met Wednesday at the home of Mrs. Charles Davis with Mrs. Elwood Dean as co-hostess. There were 17 members present and three new members joined. They were Mrs. Franks lin Williams, Mrs. Paul St. I
