Joint Thanksgiving Service
This year the Joint Thanksgiving Service sponsored by the Sperryville, Washington, Flint Hill and Huntly Churches including the Baptist, Methodist and Fpiscopal Churches, will be held at the Baptist Church in Flint Hill. The preacher will be the Methodist clergyman, the Rev. Edward C. Pruitt, and taking supporting roles in this ecumenical service are the Rev. Messers William A. Harrison, Ray Wil liams, and Charles Glaenzer. The time of the worship service is 10:00 a.m, and hopefully, the thankful people of these communities will respond to the invitation: ‘Come Ye Thankful People Come.”
