Virginia localities would have the right to decide for themselves on the matter of mixed beverage sales in their ' own communities if the local option bill is passed in the |General Assembly where it Iwa6 introduced last week. Since the measure was introduced in both houses of the 'legislature it has shown signs of wide appeal.
