The object of this suit is to partition title to the lands Charles A. Fletcher died seized and possessed j of in the above-mentioned Bill of Complaint, said land being in Hampton Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, and consisting of two tracts of land containing 3.77589 acres and 1.03405 acres, interest in said lands having been obtained by the Complainnnt, Robert R. Freeman, from certain of the heirs of Chnrles A. Fletcher, as more fully recited in said Bill of Complaint. | An affidavit having been made and I filed that the following is not a resident of the State of Virginia, nnd that the last known post office address is correctly set forth opposite her name listed below: Yvonne Fletcher, an infant, 2352

North 18th Street, Philadelphia. Pa.

And the Bill stating that there are or may be persons interested in the subject matter of this Buih whose names are unknown and making them parties Defendant by the general description of parties unknown, an affidavit having been made and filed that they are unknown. It is ordered that the said nonresident Defendant, Yvonne Fletcher, nn infant, and uny unknown heirs, devisees nnd successors in title, if any such there be, and/or any unknown parties having nn interest in the lands Charles A. Fletcher died seized nnd possessed of, whose names nnd addresses are unknown, do appear within

ten days after due publication of their order nnd do what is necessary to protect their interests. It is further ordered that the foregoing portion of this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, within ten days after the entry of this order of publication, and that the Clerk muil u copy thereof to the said Defendant at the post office* addresses given i in the affidavit herein within ten days after the entry of this Order of Publication and file a certificate of the fact in the papers of this cause.
