Donald Ray Collins of Annandale was not injured when he flipped this 1962 Mercury Comet on Route 211 two miles west of Amissville Monday morning. Collins lost control of the vehicle on ice and turned over, according to Trooper J. B. Willis who investigated. Damage was estimated at $300.
