Frankie Pruitt, two year old son of the Rev. and Mrs. Edward Pruitt, is improving at the Warren Memorial Hospital where he has been treated for pneumonia. Herbert Foster is attending the meeting of the Virginia Horticultural Society being held this week in Roanoke. Others attending are Mr. and Mrs. E. M. Jones and L. V. Merrill of Washington.
Mr. and Mrs. Edward E. Clark took their son Joey tc Charlottesville last Monday for a check-up at the University Hospital where he received a good report. John B. Browning of Richmond spent the week-end at the home of his parents Mr. and Mrs. John S. Browning. Among those recently confined to their homes by illness were Postmaster Barbara Gentry and Mrs. M. R. Bradford of the Citizens National Bank. Mrs. Thelma D. Russell returned to duty at the Fauquier County Hospital Monday after being ill with flu. Mrs. Clyde Lillard spent last week in Alexandria where she was the guest of her daughter Miss Shelby Jean Lillard and the Misses Syndey Joe Fisher and Vera Joe Venson.
