Alice Ann Cleary, left, and Anne Baumgardner were among those participating in the Horse Show Saturday sponsored by the Amissville Ruritan Club. Alice Ann is the daughter of Lt.-Col. and Mrs. John E. Cleary of Sperryville. She rode “Blueberry”, owned by Miss Sue Haggerty of Roundabout Farm, Sperryville. Anne Baumgardner of Annandale and Washington, Va., the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. F. M. Baumgardner, received the reserve champion pony award. She rode Rockburn Kings Daughter.
