Don’t miss the fuedin’, fussin’, and courtin’ of the Frys, Popoffs, and Hornhonkers! The action will begin this Friday night at 8 p.m. when the curtain rises on Act I of *A Feudin’ Over Yonder* by LeRoma Rose. Tickets may be purchased in advance from any senior or may be obtained at the door Friday night. Admission is $1.25 for reserve seats and $1.00 for general. The seniors are prepared to perform so as to keep you laughing for days so make plans to attend this rib-tickling, hillbilly comedy! An Art Exhibit presented by Mrs. Johnston’s art students will be on display Friday night in the school cafeteria. The display is a fine exhibition of the student's talent and Mrs. Johnston’s instruction. FHA and FFA members and their guests held their annual picnic Thursday at Pinnacles. Although it was a little chilly, everyone had a nice time. A telephone system provided by the C & P Telephone Company is being used in English and business classes to instruct students in correct telephone speech and manners It is indeed a change from the informal chitchat we usually have with our friends. The SCA held one of its last meetings of the year Tues day, April 22, during 4th period. The group decided at the beginning of the year to leave something tangible to the school. In accordance with this decision, members of the SCA ahe pricing dogwood trees in the hope that several may be obtained and planted on the school’s front lawn. Also, the group is making an effort to see that the bushes and shrubs in front of the school get pruned. For five days, covering one period per day, Mr. Andy Bowling of the Distributive Education Service has been preparing seniors for securing jobs after graduation.
