The four members of the 1968 graduating class of Rapaahannock County High School vith highest scholastic ichievement have been announced by school principal tennis Wingfield. All girls, they are Sandra Foster, Barbara Lillard, Nancy Thornbill and Jeanne Woodard. They ire members of the National Honor Society, Rappahannock Chapter. Sandra is the daughter of Mr. ind Mrs. Charles Foster of Flint Hill. She will give the valedictory address at commencement exercises which vill be held Friday, June 7. She is Co-Editor of the school annual, “The Rappsody* and has served on Its staff for five years. Thi6 year she is accompanist for the school chorus and in previous years has been active in the Pep Club, S.C.A. representative and a nember and officer of her 4-H Club. Barbara is salutatorian of the class. She is the daughter >f Mrs. Ruth Lillard of Flint Hill. In* addition to her academic accomplishments, she is president of the senior class and officer In S.C.A. and Is vice president of the newly established chapter of the Honor Society. She has been active in Pep Club, 4-H Club, F.H.A., choir and on the annual staff. Nancy Thornhill is from Boston, the daughter of Mr. ind Mrs. Charles Ashby Thornbill. She is the Honor Society Chapter president and during ner high school years had been!
