restrictions should be completely unbiased and no favoritism should be shown to any one community or pressure group or individual. In this respect we can all get angry at injustices that we know of in connection with taxes or right-of way payments or approintments, etc. When it comes to public health, I am one of the first to agree that it is important that filth be cleaned up wherever it is found over the entire County, but an argument that water for somebody’s cows is more important than the odors and flies from somebody’s cows is more important than the odors and flies from somebody’s privy , or bam or pig pen close to a well-that argument- holds little 1 weight with me. ’ Get people to stop dumping trash in streams over the entire County, make them stop running • raw sewage in the streams, make them keep the prescribed ' distances between sanitation ; systems and water supplies. ’ between animal pens or lots and homes or wells or a neighbor’s \ fence, reinforce battles against ’ rodents and flies, require close 1 supervision of how and where and - how soon dead animals are 5 burried, etc. These health 5 precautions seem to me really important.
