The marriage of Miss Edna Mae Bayne of Woodville to John Henry Woodward of Castleton took place Sunday, August 3, 1969. The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Charles W. Settle and the bridegroom the son of Mr. and Mrs. J. T. Woodward of Castleton.

Tlie bride was given in marriage by her brother, William Richard Bayne. She wore a full length gown of white Chantilly lace over taffeta featuring a fitted bodice and long tapering sleeves. The scalloped neckline was edged with sequins and her veil of illusion fell from a crown of seed pearls. She carried a white Bible topped with white rosebuds from which trailed satin streamers.
Miss Darlene Virginia Woodward, sister of the bridegroom, was maid of honor. Her long gown was of baby blue organza over peau de soie designed on Empire lines with a sabrina neckline and watteau train. Her headdress was of performed the
