I An affidavit having been made and filed, the following is not a resident of the State of Virginia, ( and the last known post office address is correctly set forth opposite his name listed below: ] Reid B. Bennett Address Unknown, ^ and returns having been made by , the Sheriff of Arlington County ‘ that the subpoena in Chancery with ' |a copy of the Bill of Complaint in ] this suit attached for service on } the said Roid B. Bennett whose last known address was 930 North Staf- * iford Street, Arlington, Virginia, ( with the words on said subpoena \ so returned by said Sheriff, to-wit: < “not found in my bailiwick”. 1

It is ordered that the said non- - resident defendant, Reid B. Bennett do appear wiithin ten days after due publication of this order and do what is necessary to protect his interest. f

It is further ordered that the fore--' ng portion of this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, within ten days after the entry of this order of publication, and that the Clerk mail a copy thereof to each of the said defendants at the post office addresses given in the affi- I davit herein within ten days after the entry of the order of publication and file a certificate of the fact in the papers of th.is cause.
