It is ordered that the said non- - resident defendant, Reid B. Bennett do appear wiithin ten days after due publication of this order and do what is necessary to protect his interest. f
It is further ordered that the fore--' ng portion of this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, within ten days after the entry of this order of publication, and that the Clerk mail a copy thereof to each of the said defendants at the post office addresses given in the affi- I davit herein within ten days after the entry of the order of publication and file a certificate of the fact in the papers of th.is cause.
