Three score years and ten is represented by each of these “young people’' who were guests of honor at a special service Sunday morning at Amissville Methodist Church. They are, seated, Mrs. Willie Hackley, Rev. Fletcher Osborne, Mrs. John Poe, Mrs. Hugh Riley, all of Amissville; standing, Henry Walter of Falls Church, Mrs. T. W. Latham and T. W. Latham of Viewtown, Mrs. Odessa Ficklin and Mrs. Julia Curtis of Amissville. All except Mrs. Hackley are members of Amissville Methodist Church where they were presented large print Bibles and served dinner following the church service. Other members of that church who were also cited for these many years, but who were unable to be present were: Mrs. Cora Bunch, Mrs. Mary Collins, Bryant Corbin, Mr. and Mrs. Eddie J. Hitt, Mrs. Alvin James, Mrs. Julia S. Luttrell, Mrs. Etta Burke Payne, Mrs. Mafia C. Poe, Mrs. Leslie Rollins, Mrs. Ella Rowzie, Mrs. Elinor Stover, Harvey Sutphin, Mrs. Frank Walter, Robert Walter, Bernard Weaver, Carl Weaver and Mrs. Belle Yost. They will all be sent Bibles.
