To whom it may concern:
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Title 26, Section 60 of the 1950 Code of Virginia and acts amendajtory
thereto, that a petition has been filed herein for the removal of the money belonging to William Peter Ramel, an infant, to the domicile of said infant by Leah Ramel, Guardian for said infant, said Guardian having been lawfuMy appointed and qualified in the County Judge’s Court in and for Broward County, State of Florida, the residence of said infant, said infant being entitled to said money under the will of Kathleen Updike Scudere, which does not restrict the transfer out of this State.
Notice is further given that said application will be made to the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, at the Court House, in Washington, Virginia on the 10th day of November, I960, at 10:00 A.M. ( EST) or as soon thereafter as may be heard, for the authority to pay over and deliver to said foreign guardian the money belonging to said infant in like manner as if said guardian had been appointed for said infant in this State, and for authority to re move the same to the State in (which the foreign guardian was appointed and qualified, j Given under my hand this 7th day of October, 1969. 1 James W.
