In accordance with provisions of Section 128 of Title 23-Righways, United States Code, as amended, a&i Policy and Procedure Memorandum 20-8, a combined Location and Design Public Hearing will be held by a representative of the Department of Highway* in the Trough Hill Baptist Church near Cresthill, Virginia in Fauquier County 1 on February 17, 1970 at 10:00 a.m., for the purpose of considering the proposed location and design of Route 647 from approximately 0.30 mile east of the Fauquier-Rapp&hannock County Line to approximately 0.20 mile west of the Fauquier-Rappahannock County Line in Fauquier and Rappahannock Counties.
Maps, drawing^, and other pertinent information are available for public inspection and copying in the Department of Highways Residency Office at Warrenton, Virginia.
Written statements and other exhibits relative to the proposed project may be presented in place of, or in additibn to, oral statements at the public hearing. Such written statements and exhibits may also be submitted to the Virginia Department of Highways at any time up to 10 days after the public hearing. At this hearing, relocation assistance programs and tentative schedule for right of way acquisition and construction will also be discussed.

In execution of a deed of trust, from Carl E. Frye and Shirley J. Frye, his wife, dated the 17th day sf February, 1967, recorded on the 1st day of March, 1967, in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court »f Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 88, page 177, the undersigned Trustees, will offer for sale at public auction Land, with improvements, described as follows:
ALL the following described tract or parcel of land together with buildings and improvements thereon and privileges and appurtenances therewith connected, situate, lying .and being near Huntly, in Wakefield Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, known as the “Barksdale Schoolhouse Lot” and described as follows, to-wit:
