Upton G. Weakley
Funeral servlcei were conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday tor Upton Graves Weakley, of Culpeper at the Etlan Methodist Church, the Rev. B. B. Kent officiated. Interment was In the church cemetery.
Mr. Weakley, who was 81, died January 7, 1970 of a heart attack at Culpeper Memorial Hospital. He was a native of Madison County, and was a retired employee of the Virginia Department of Highways.
Survivors include a son, Kermit A. Weakley of Washington, Va.; a daughter, Miss Grace H. Weakley of Lynchburg and a sister, Mrs. H. H. Hitt of Culpeper.
Clore Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
He was a native of Madison County and a resident of Culpeper for several years. He was married twice; first to the late Myra Dulaney Weakley and then to the late Minnie Brown Weakley.
