At Amissville Meth.
Amissville United Methodist Church will hold Lenten Revival Services each night 23 through 26 March at 7:30 p.m. Communion Service on Thursday, March 26. On Good Friday, March 27, Community Services will be held from 12 noon through 3 p.m. There will be a different speaker each half hour, the topic being “The Seven Stations of the Cross.” Come, stay ope half hour or as long as you can. Sunrise Service will be held on the Church grounds on Easter morning at approximately 5:30 a.m. Everyone is cordially invited to any and all of these services throughout this most meaningful week of the Christian Calendar.
4-H Demonstration..
Contests on Friday
The Rappahannock County Junior 4-H Demonstration Contest will be held Friday, March 20 from 3:15 p.m. - 5 p.m. at the Rappahannock County Elementary School. All Junior 4-H’ers are being urged to participate and compete for Blue, Red and White ribbons.
This contest enables young people to gain experience in telling what they have learned before an audience.

In State Swine Show
Randall Updike, Washington, Va. had Champion and Reserve Champion Open Hampshire gilts at the State Hampshire Swine Sale at Courtland, Va.
Top place gilt sold for $325 and second place sold for $260.
