Rappahannock County Court House, Treasurer’s Office and Clerk’s Office are being repaired and painted. Book cases are being installed where necessary; the falling plaster is halted, leaking roof repaired, paint is being applied, and not any too soon. The old building needs these repairs very badly. New benches will replace those rotted away out front and hopefully the shutters can be replaced. John Cloud of Washington, above, is taking care of the repair work and C. D. Fine ham, also of Washington, is busy with his paint brush. Repairing and painting is also being done in the county Jail.
