Softball League Play

Resumed Last Week

The second half play of the Tri-County Slow Pitch Softball League opened last week with a few surprises when Warrenton Training Center lost twice. Charted Industries defeated them 11-6 at Fry Town, and Amissvilie stomped them 26-5. Every Amissvilie player got at least two hits with several collecting four. In the only other action, Village shut out Charted 9-0 at St. John’s. Second Half standings are: Amissvilie-Won 1; Lost 0.
