Regional Ruritans from Amissville, Cedarville, Leeds, Marshall and South Warren met in convention style last Wednesday evening in the banquet room of the Virginia Gentleman Restaurant in Front Royal. The guest of honor and principal speader was Tom Downing, a well known resident of Virginia’s Eastern Shore, former National President, National Secretary and one of the two founders of Ruritan National in 1928.
