In the famous Sermon on the Mount Christ makes this statement: “Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth.” Who are the meek, or how do you recognize a meek person? My dictionary says: one who is piously humble. That would indicate that a meek person is reverently lowly, or shall we say a person who humbly thanks God for whatever station in life he is permitted to manifest? We have sown seed, we must reap; our harmic debt must be paid.

The question that comes to my mind is this, where are the meek to be found? Can you honestly say that you know a meek person - a person who is truly meek? Most of the people I know are proud, proud of their homes, their air-conditioned cars with the tinted glass, the clothes they wear. Well, I am proud for them, but do they have the necessary humility to be the ones who will inherit the earth? If not this earth, what.

If it is my lot to manifest again on this plane, I hope I will inherit a small place on this earth. Not so much because of my meekness, but because I do humbly thank God that He has blessed me in so many ways. Not so great by some standards, but He has blessed me and I am grateful. I think I share
