Estes died, seized and possessesd, whose names and addresses are unknown and who are made parties defendant by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN And the Bill stating that there are or may be persons interested in the subject matter of this suit whose names are unknown and making them parties Defendant by the general description of parties unknown, an affidavit having been made and filed that they are unknown.

It is ordered that the said nonresident Defendants, Lawrence Estes, Annie L. Estes, Archie Estes, Harrison Strickler, Roseland Stickler Young, Nina Strickler Young, John David Estes, Martha Katherine Estes Bowman, Virginia Elizabeth Estes Van Metre, Nellie Alice Estes McCallister, Robert Estes, Kenneth Estes, an infant, Joyce Estes, an infant, and any unknown parties, heirs, devisees and successors in title, if any such there be having an interest in the lands John R. Estes, died, seized and possessed of, whose names and addresses are unknown and who are made parties defendant by the general description of PARTIES UNknown, do appear within ten days after due publication of this order and do what is necessary to protect their interest.

It is further ordered that the foregoing portion of this order be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, within ten days after the entry of this order of publication, and that the Clerk mail a copy thereof to each of the said Defendants at the post office addresses given in the affidavit herein within ten days after the entry of this Order of Publication and file a certificate of the fact in the papers of this cause.
