Additional visitors Saturday night were Mr. and Mrs. Charles Burke of Warrenton, who also visited Mr. Burke’s mother, Mrs. Helen Burke on Saturday, and Mrs. Gladys Dodson and son Charles, Jr. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Dodson, Acrey Dodson and Walter Reid attended the dog races Sunday at Rixeyville.
Mr. and Mrs. Acrey Dodson spent Saturday in Alexandria where they visited Mr. and Mrs. Benny Knighting and daughter Kathie. On Sunday the Dodsons were visited by Mr. and Mrs. Walter Reid and children and Mr. and Mrs. Billy Dodson of Rixeyville.

Senator George S. Aldhizer, II of Broadway has been appointed to the Virginia Advisory Legislative Council’s Committee to Study the Needs of the Handicapped. This Studv was directed by the Virginia General Assembly at its last regular session.
