Mr. and Mrs. George Miller and children Bonnie and Philip of Norfolk were weekend guests of Mrs. W. H. Cordle and sons, David and Louis. Mr. and Mrs. Fred W. Schaefer and son Freddie returned home Saturday from a two weeks tour of the New England states. One of the highlights of their trip was the Schaefer reunion held in Williston, Vt. where the Schaefers first settled when they came from Germany. Miss Louise Johnson was a weekend guest of Mr. and Mrs. Carson Johnson. On Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Johnson visited Laurence “Billy” Johnson in Roanoke. C. B. Johnson is a guest this week of Mr. and Mrs. Sherwood Boze and family in LaCrosse.

Mrs. Netus Brown is visiting CM Sgt. and Mrs. A. L. Swindler and family in Shreveport, La.

Mrs. Pauline Eubank and Mrs. F. D. Coffey, Jr. were dinner guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Nethers in Flint Hill.

Mrs. J. B. Willis III and son Mike were Sunday guests of Mrs. T. C. Harvey in Staunton. Steve Willis is in Charlottesville visiting his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. J.B. Willis. Jr.
