TTie deadline for returning the questionnaire has been set for Tuesday, October 1. It may be mailed to Box 98, Washington, Va., 22747 or brought to the Extension Office. If questionnaires are not returned by this date, interviewers in the county will call by phone or visit the homes of those not returned to get the information listed on the form.
