This is progress? Acquisition of the right of way for the dual laning of Route 211 west of Amissville included this very old house, the original home of the Rowzie family well known in the area. John A. Tapp with Thomas Williams, Jim Philips Jr. and Roger Breeden have dismantled the house, which was at least 75 years old, and the lumber will be used by Mr. Tapp, who purchased the building from the Highway Department. Owner of the property before it was acquired for the rightof-way was Stanislow Thomasqueski.
