THE NEW Rappahannock boys track team continued its first year of competition in District N track and field meets Monday, meeting Stonewall Jackson and Montevideo at Stonewall.
Although Montevideo won Rappahannock dominated the middle and long distance races.
Charles Thomas, Wade Frazier and Bill Taylor led the team in the 880, the mile and the two-mile runs. Charles Thomas continued his undefeated mile string by winninjg the mile in 4:41:00 on a windy course, outdistancing his nearest competitor by over 100 yards.
