Ana u appearing mat mere are or may be unknown or unborn parties who may be the distributees or legatees or personal representatives of George K. Miller and John R. Miller who may, therefore, have an interest in the proceeds of said policy of insurance on the life of Robert W. Miller, deceased, who, together with all other persons who might have interest in said proceeds are all parties defendant herein by the general description of parties unknown.
It is ordered thgit the said persons made defendant herein by the general description parties unknown do appear within ten (10) days after due publication of this order and do what is necessary to protect their interests.
This order shall be published once a week for four successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper published and in general circulation in Rappahannock County, Virginia.
