Luncheon
scheduled
A luncheon sponsored by the Amissville Homemakers Club will be served at the Amissville fire hall on Tuesday, May 9 from 11:30 until 1:30 p.m. The entree, ham with raisin sauce, will be accompanied by green beans,corn and pineapple salad. Dessert will be ice cream with homemade cookies.
Lunch is $1.50 per person and proceeds will go to a scholarship fund for a Rappahannock County High School senior girl.
Another feature of the day will be a white elephant sale and a sale of baked goods. The puhlic is invited.
