PRODUCTION IS IN HIGH GEAR at Trinity Episcopal Church parish hall, where artistic and willing fingers will fashion arrangements of dried flowers to be ready for the House Tour, and Dried Flower Sale on October 21 and 22, sponsored by the Churchwomen of Bromfield Parish.
This fifteenth annual event will feature three attractive homes — those of Mr. and Mrs. Isaac Parrish and Judge and Mrs. Thomas M. Johnston at Viewtown, and Mr. and Mrs. James P. Jamieson at Sperryville. Tea will be served each day at High Thicket, the Jamieson home. Block tickets for the Tour will be $2 and $1 for individual houses.
Box lunches will be sold both days at a stand across from the church by members of'First Baptist Church. A buffet turkey dinner will be served Saturday, October 21, at Flint Hill fire hall by the ladies of Flint Hill.
The Rappahannock Arts and Crafts group will hold their annual show and sale the same days at the Sperryville fire hall.
Dried flower arrangements will be sold only at the parish hall in Washington. Hours will be from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Saturday and from 1 to 5 p.m. on Sunday. □
