WITH A final certification date of Jane 30 for the 1973 feed grain and wheat programs in Rappahannock County, approximately 50 percent of program participants have certified program compliance, reports T.R. Taylor, Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation (ASC) county committee chairman.
Noting that the final certification date is not far away, he said that farmers who want ASCS measurement service should get their requests in as soon as possible. This service is offered at cost and can provide assurance to a producer before he certifies that he is in compliance with program regulations.
