and Mr. and Mrs. Edward Goranson called on Mr. and Mrs. Harrison Mahoney Sunday afternoon.
Recent visitors in the Andrew R. Williams home were: Mr. and Mrs. Andrew J. Williams and Jonathan of Culpeper; Mr. and Mrs. Billy Daniel, Cindy and Angie of Newport News; and Mr. and Mrs. James C. Harris, Candy, Emily and Jimmy of Chambersburg, Pa. Emily remained with her grandparents, the Williams, for several days longer.
Mrs. Opal Burnette left for Galipolis, Ohio, Friday after several weeks stay in our community transacting business and visiting friends. After a two-day visit with her daughter, Mrs. James Fox and Mr. Fox, Mrs. Bettie David of Alamosa, Colo, left Saturday by plane from National Airport in Washington, D.C., where she was taken by the Foxes following a sightseeing visit to Harpers Ferry.
Mrs. Shirley Shelton of Arlington ’spent Friday and Saturday with her mother and sister, Mrs. Myrtle Chastain and Mrs. Bessie Parks.
