nock County what I assured the Chairman of the Zoning Commission and the County Zoning Administrator before we even bought the area: We of Camelback (and now also Rappahannock) believe most strongly in working at all times with the appropriate county authorities and with the members of the Community long before we make any definite plans concerning any development or anything else that might affect the community. So far, we have no homesite planning whatever, but have planned only for the upgrading and expansion -of our area. When we ever start thinking of any homesite planning or any other type of planning, which will in any way affect the community as a whole, our policy will be to work with the officials of the County on an informal basis long before we propose any formal plan. This will result in the planning being a joint effort and our knowing well in advance what are desireable and what are undesireable things to do.
