In Chancery No. 2690 The object of this suit is to effect partition among the owners by sale or otherwise of the real property in Rappahannock County, Virginia, known as that certain tract or parcel of land in Stonewall Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, containing six(6)acres, more or less, bounded by the lands of Deal, Isle, Bratcher and others, and being the same land conveyed to Cora E. Campbell by Mary O’Leary be deed dated March 21, 1902, recorded in Deed Book V, at page 473 of the said County land records, of which Virgie Pike died seized and possessed of an undivided one-half interest therein, and the remaining interest being owned by Henry M. Dennis and Juanita P. Dennis, his wife, as tenants by the entirety.
An affidavit having been made and filed that Henry M. Dennis, Juanita P. Dennis, Russell Horton, Florence Selby, Shirley Ball, James Horton, if he be living, and Rudolph Frazier, if he be living, are not residents of the State of Virginia; and it appearing that there are or may be persons interested in the subject to be divided
