Born in Amissville Mr. Priest resided in Alexandria most of his life. He was a member of the Woodman of the World, was a former businessman in Alexandria.
Mr. Priest was the husband of the late Tillie M. Priest. He is survived by one son, Charles E. Priest and one daughter, Thelma A. Priest; one granddaughter and two great grandchildren. □
