ON JANUARY 8, the Community Mental Health and Mental Retardation Services Board (Chapter 10) of Planning District 9 elected a new slate of officers for the calendar year 1974.
Dr. H. W. Stinson of Fauquier County was replaces as chairman by Dr. Robert A. Meyer, school psychologist with the Fauquier County School Board. Mrs. Frances Goddard, supervisor of Social Services in Culpeper County, was elected vice - chairman; Warren Widmyer, education supervisor with Orange County School Board, will serve as the board’s secretary, and Thomas A. O’Halloran, Culpeper farmer and retired communications educator, is now the treasurer.
