MR. AND MRS. HAYWOOD GRIFFITH of Front Royal announce the marriage of their daughter Peggy Leigh to Ernest Morton Stansfield on Saturday December 29, 1973. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Raymon Stansfield of Rockland. The Griffiths are former residents of Rappahannock County.
The Rev. John P. Oliver, Jr. performed the ceremony in the John C. Boggs Chapel at Randolph-Ma&m Academy.
Mrs. R. W. Ruhling of Charlotte, N.C. was matron of honor for her sister.
Mr.- Stansfield was bestman for his son and ushers were brothers of the bridegroom, Alan of Richmond, Raymon Jr. of Norfolk and Paul of Rockland. □
