THE FIRST meeting of the Rappahannock Race Committee took place January 15 at Stonehaven, home of Mr. and Mrs. George Muth, Woodville, with Oliver Durant acting as chairman.
Nine members of Rappahannock Hunt were present and plans were formulated for a bigger and better Point-to-Point race meeting March 2, on the Thornton Hill Farm at Double Gates, Sperryville, on Route 522. □
