The object of this suit is to partition title to a certain tract of land which Maria S. Timbers Fletcher died seized and possessed of, and to quiet title to a certain strip of land between State Secondary Route #622 and Rush River, located in Hampton Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, said land contains 8.82 acres, more or less, as more fully recited in said Bill of Compaint.
An affidavit having been made and filed the following are not residents of the State of Virginia, and that the last known post office addresses are correctly set forth opposite their names listed below:
