In the January 10 Rappahannock News I became interested and am quite concerned about the article, “What to do with an old school.” I have many sentimental feelings about the old Scrabble School for I was a teacher there in 1924 after graduating from Normal Teachers College at Virginia Union University in Richmond.
We were all proud of that new little school then. It is now more than 50 years old. I can remember, the social we had one night to raise money to pay off
