W.A. SPILLMAN, pre: ident of the board of directors of Culpeper Farmers’ Cooperative, Inc., announced this week the election of Russell H. Inskeep to the Board of the Co-op. Inskeep will serve the unexpired term of W.H. Hurt, who recently resigned from the board.

Inskeep, a native of Culpeper County, attended VPI and owns and operates Mount Pony Farms, Inc., with his three sons. They were engaged in a dairy operation until 1971 and are presently raising grain and Holstein steers for beef. In 1951 he was awarded the Efficient Production Award
