Church homecoming
The annual Homecoming of Promise Land Baptist Church will be held Sunday, September 22. The pastor, the Rev. Robert Alsberry, will deliver the morning sermon at 11:30 a.m. after which dinner will be served.
The Rev. John R. Pendleton of Flint Hill will be the evening speaker. Everyone is asked to join in helping make the day a success, said Eva Summons, secretary. □
