Planning Commission Chairman Herbert Barksdale noted that an engineering firm, Clifford and Martin, made a study of future water and sewage projects for Rappahannock County some years ago. Barksdale thought this should be considered when the comprehensive plan is drawn up. “It would be well to give that a lot of thought. The problems are going to grow and now is the time to get it in the plan.”
