Mr. Douglas reminds all those interested that a basketball clinic for boys grades four through eight will begin February eight and continue into April, then possibly the summer. The hours are from eight, to ten in the morning, and parental permission slips will be necessary to participate. Mr. Douglas, along with many of his players, will coach the boys. It sounds like A..gRO<J Qpportunity for our ydtirig up-coming' basketball players; a good way to give our future Panters an early start. Speaking of basketball, our Junior Varsity Panthers played a really fine game against the Page County Panthers last Friday. The final score was 43 to-42 in favor of our team. It was a close game and the victory was well earned! There will be a P.T.A. meeting coming up in the. near future.
