Lynn Atkins of Flint Hill was awarded the trophy in the big game contest sponsored by the Rappahannock Fish and Game Club. Presentation was made Monday night at the club’s meeting. He bagged a 10- ’f point 169 pound field dressed buck in Bean Hollow. Morgan Johnston of Washington, president of the hunt club, awarded the trophy. The Fish and Hunt Club approved a $25 donation to the county youth recreation center and will provide materials for the hunter safety program this year given at the local high school under the direction of the game warden.
