A special meeting between RLEP members and attorneys who are representing the League in attempts to block construction of Vepco’s proposed powerline will take place Monday, June 23, at 7:30 p.m. at the home of Witold Kuncewicz, near Flint Hill.
Either Angus McCauley or John F. Kay, Jr., from the Richmond firm of Mays, Valentine, Davenport and' Moore, will be present to answer questions from landowners who have property in the proposed powerline right-of-way, or to discuss legal aspects of the powerline case with anyone who’s interested.
The special meeting was arranged by the emergency investigative committee of RLEP, appointed at the RLEP meeting last Friday night. □
