cited for reckless driving after he lost control of his 74 Ford on Route 211 west of Amissville Sunday morning about 4:45 a.m. The car sustained moderate damage, said Trooper Watson. Earlier that morning, at 2:15, three miles morth of Flint Hill, John Kuhn of Washington in a 67 Ford lost control of his car, struck an embankment and flipped over.
